Commemoration for Level-9 Pali Students

Luang Por Dhammajayo and Dhammakya Foundation have been awarding scholarships to the Pali Schools nationwide for 19 consecutive years (since 1988). Also we hold the celebration ceremony for the “World-Class” Pali Graduates Level 9 (highest) annually during the World Meditation Day.

The dhamma teachings of Lord Buddha has been restored and maintained in the Pali language. We hope, with our continuous efforts to promote Pali Studies, the dhamma will be pure and not be distorted over thousands and thousands of years to come. Further from the restoration purpose, we can even spread the dhamma far and wide to benefit all the Buddhists and all mankind. All in all, the monks are the ones.

From 1.30 pm.

Afterwards, let’s enjoy offering Sanghadana i.e. stuff necessary for the monkhood. Luang Por Dhammajayo invites monks from over 3,000 temples plus 266 temples from down south where unrests still prevail. Dhammakaya Temple has been giving relief to those temples in the south for 15 consecutive months. This is to show concerns and warm wishes towards the monks who devote and risk their lives for Buddhism in the dangerous zone.

This is a once-a-year opportunity to make donation to the monks who dedicate their lives for the sake of the well-being of the entire nation.
